Hello, Curious Spirits!

Whether you’ve followed me over the decades or you’ve only recently found me, there’s one belief I have about witchcraft that has stayed with me every year. That belief? That witchcraft, whether practiced in a religious context or not, is a practice meant to be lived. Witchcraft can be connected to making your coffee in the morning, your daily commute, and how you clean your home. Time before an altar is fantastic - and best supported by magick, you can carry within or on your person.

Many years ago, I wrote an article for the Llewellyn Magical Almanac titled “Whole House Magic.” (If I can find it, I’ll post it on the Spirited Witch Patreon -the copyright has reverted to me by now.) Inspired by the popularity of feng shui in the late 90s, I began looking at the energy patterns of my home and how to use even my furniture to manifest a purpose continuously.

At the time I wrote the article, I wanted a boyfriend. I rearranged my bedroom especially - and not long after, I met someone via OKCupid, and soon enough, I had a new partner. Regarding results, I added some images to my home, and that second pillow worked!

In 2025, I’d like to see what I can do to make room for all I need to pay my bills!
